RELATE Lab Assistant Director
Over the past five years, I’ve stayed connected to the RELATE team in various ways while a Research Associate in the Department of Family Medicine. I was a participant in the first RLI cohort, served as an RLI facilitator both in Portland and nationally, and as a thought partner on evaluation and building facilitator capacity. It can be hard to make time in our daily lives for work that feeds our passion, but through all my interactions with the RELATE team I walked away more energized and feeling more prepared to contribute to my teams. It wasn’t until Spring 2021 that I got the opportunity to join the team as the Assistant Director. In this role, I’m excited to bring my skills to support the RELATE team in building our internal capacity and partnerships, launching new innovations, and sharing what we are learning about creating a more equitable, human-centered health system.
